MIR TAUHIDUL ISLAM
Hi—I'm Tauhid, a Front-End Developer and wanna be an engineer, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Since 2021, I have been working on hundreds of small to medium outsourced global projects. And since 2023, I have been working as a remote, part-time front-end developer at a US-based health tech company.
As a self-taught developer, the journey wasn’t easy for a Statistics and Data Science graduate. I learned from mistakes, errors, and other people’s code. I’m passionate about JavaScript, and my main tool is React. My interest in computer science and solving real-world problems brought me here. I’m still learning and evolving.
Exploring and experimenting with AI has made me a bit slower at coding nowadays, but it has also given me a founder-like mindset. Now I can synthesise small to medium projects from planning, architecting, developing, testing, to deploying, on my own. It might start from an idea, inspiration, or even a design example.
Now I’m looking for more problems to solve, opportunities to work with great people, and chances to deliver meaningful work. I’m also learning both new and old things, discovering more, and going deeper into fundamentals to make my foundation stronger. I believe that as our knowledge expands, the circle of the unknown grows even larger. It gives a feeling that I know nothing, but that’s good. It keeps the thirst alive.
